Workforce Development

Since 2012, the Foundation has supported workforce development for vulnerable populations.  Its goal is to enable everyone in our region to secure a sustainable job with a livable wage.  The Foundation has served as an advocate, funded research, and backed full and part-time employment navigators.  In partnership with the United Way, it currently supports the Director of Workforce Partnerships to bring together area workforce professionals to build a connected system of workforce services.

Partners include: CARITAS, Goodwill, International Rescue Committee, Housing Families First, HumanKind, Re:Work Richmond, Sacred Heart Center, St. Joseph’s Villa, United Way, and YWCA.
