Since 2012, the Foundation has supported workforce development for vulnerable populations. Its goal is to enable everyone in our region to secure a sustainable job with a livable wage. The Foundation has served as an advocate, funded research, and backed full and part-time employment navigators. In partnership with the United Way, it currently supports the Director of Workforce Partnerships to bring together area workforce professionals to build a connected system of workforce services.
Partners include: CARITAS, Goodwill, International Rescue Committee, Housing Families First, HumanKind, Re:Work Richmond, Sacred Heart Center, St. Joseph’s Villa, United Way, and YWCA.
