By Invitation Only
The Bob and Anna Lou Schaberg Foundation offers grant and gift programs to selected nonprofits by invitation only. The grant program has a pool of area nonprofits that provide community services in the funding priorities. The gift program includes smaller nonprofits, those that might move into the grant pool, and organizations that fall within the founder’s interests.

Gifts

Capacity Building
Nonprofits typically operate on tight budgets and tend to put programmatic needs ahead of organizational development. The Schaberg Foundation offers its grant and gift recipients capacity building support for board development, IT operations, conference attendance and leadership training.
